We had a very nice day today. The boys had a friend spend the night, which is always a special treat. Poppins and the kids did their daily Bible sword drill challenge. They enjoy reading together every evening.
We had out-of-town guests come over for lunch. As we were visiting during the meal, one of our favorite ladies, Jean Allen, dropped in with a friend. We had such a good time sharing stories and hearing about God's blessings. Truly, friendship is a beautiful part of life.
And to top it off, Stennes picked a perfect tomato from his garden.
